We SHIP WORLDWIDE using reliable door-to-door courier service (we do not ship with the postal service).

LOCAL DELIVERY (Zambia) is via Dhl or you can also COLLECT FOR FREE from our studio in Lusaka - the address is ,Stand 5234 , off Los Angeles Boulevard, Longacres , Lusaka (behind the Longacres food market next door to Lusaka Boys Secondary School) ,Lusaka, Zambia. If you select this option, we will email you when your order is ready for collection.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been fulfilled and shipped (along with your tracking number). Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (to anywhere in the world) via Dhl. Delivery takes 1-10 working days (usually closer to 4 days but we say up to 10 just to be safe). Orders are delivered to your door and someone needs to sign for it so please give us a physical address that is attended during day time hours and be sure to include a reachable contact telephone number.

General Price guide and size for shipment varies , therefore please make sure to view your shipment cost before final check out. Some of our larger pieces such as baskets can increase the shipping cost due to the volumetric rate and therefore we ask you to contact us if you need further clarity on your product.

Smaller items up to 2kg are estimated between $5 - $8 but this does differ between countries. On larger volumetric items such as basketry where measurements vary, with sizes such as 50cm W X 50cmW X 12cm D / Weight 0.99kg = $50 ( However you could fill this parcel with more soft textiles and other smaller goodies……Prices of delivery vary to the standard quote we advise to please check the prices of delivery and duty before hand to avoid disappointment .

*PLEASE NOTE* International orders may be liable for a customs and duty charge on entry into your country (rates dependant on your country). This is completely out of our control and is your liability. You will be contacted directly by the courier company should any fees be payable and your order will only be delivered once the fees are paid. You will never be charged for shipping directly from the courier company.

Kindly note that if you do not accept and pay for the import fees payable, the courier company will return your shipment back to us and upon receipt we will issue you a refund LESS the COST OF SHIPPING to reach you and be returned to us (note this is likely to be more than USD $100).

SECURE SHOPPING: Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed any payment details are permanently deleted from our records. We do not store customer payment information.
