A striking silhouette - carved by hand using pieces of wood sourced from fallen trees. The wood is sourced through the support of Project Luangwa by helping the carver (Mr Hubbly) get a license through the Community Resource Board and the Forestry Department who then monitor the sustainability of the wood.
No mechanical machinery is used in the production of these one of kind bowls, just an axe, a sander, and passionate creative hands.
Letting the natural grain of the wood speak for itself. Sealed with beeswax and other natural oils, this one-of-a-kind wooden bowl is suitable for serving food. However, it's solo functionality left untouched makes an exquisite statement decor piece and would make a great collector’s item.
